All course prices include new manual with updated ILCOR First Aid & CPR Guidelines. All Red Cross first aid & CPR certificates are valid for three years.

First Aid is the immediate assistance given to someone experiencing physical distress in order to maintain vital functions until qualified help can be obtained. Learn how to Prevent, Recognize and Treat any First Aid Situation.

Course Descriptions:

Standard First Aid:

Recognition, treatment and prevention of cardiovascular emergencies. Skills include obstructed airway techniques and dealing with severe bleeding. One and two rescuer adult, infant and child CPR . As well as Automated External Defibrilation (AED) training, metered dose inhaler (puffer) and Epi-pen, musculoskeletal, soft tissue and head and spinal injuries; heat and cold emergencies; poisonings and medical conditions such as diabetic crisis, convulsions and severe allergic reactions; mouth and jaw injuries, shaking baby syndrome.

Emergency First Aid:

Recognition, treatment and prevention of cardiovascular emergencies. Skills include obstructed airway techniques and dealing with severe bleeding. One and two rescuer adult, infant and child CPR. As well as Automated External Defibrilation (AED) training, metered dose inhaler (puffer) and Epi-pen.
