Chronic pain and disability of the low back, knee or ankle are often noticeable when we sit, walk or stand. Altered posture or faulty movement patters in the hip and trunk cause imbalances (weak and tight muscles). These muscular dysfunctions are called the Lower Crossed Syndrome. The Tri-Program is designed to teach new movement patterns. You will learn to control your own centre of gravity as force is applied through progressive exercise that resemble your daily work or sports activities.
Upper Crossed Syndrome are weak and tight muscles in the upper back, chest and neck. It is a common postural problem in office workers, in the aging and even in athletes. It is noticeable by rounded shoulders, head in front of the body and curvature in the neck and upper back. Typical symptoms include headaches and upper thoracic pain. The Tri-Program uses specific stretches and progressive exercises essential to both preventing and correcting Upper Crossed Syndrome.
